The National Association of Realtors stated earlier this week that the use of Drones to present properties to the shopping homebuyer will be a potential game changer for the real estate industry.

Drones give interested homebuyers a chance to check out a home in advance without driving here, there, and everywhere. They can view the home’s location, acreage and even the neighborhood to see what it has to offer them. Will they fall in love with the fact there is a park two houses down or a bike path to the nearest grade school?

Drones are making home buying more efficient for both the seller and the buyer; as spending days driving from property to property are over.  Not to mention the fact that we are leaving less of a footprint on the environment by using less fuel in turn, creating less pollution.
