White Cloud Townhouses In Sun Valley, Idaho… Update

I recently received an email from the former Sun Valley Company General Manager, Wally Huffman.  He has shifted his role from manager to director of real estate development.  He oversees the management and development of the Sun Valley Company portfolio of property.  Here’s what he had to say about the new White Cloud Townhouses by the new White Cloud 9 golf course:

We are happy to report that on October 21 the Sun Valley City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for the first phase of White Clouds town homes across Trail Creek Road from the Clubhouse. Twelve town homes are planned on 2.5 acres, consisting of four single units and four duplexes. These will range in size from about 1,950 to 2,800 square feet. All have three bedrooms and three bathrooms, two car garages and ample outdoor living space.

We are working on detailed drawings, interior design, and interior packages for floors, walls, cabinets, hard surfaces and soft surfaces. We are also working on construction costs to reach final pricing. We hope to have those packages and pricing complete before the Christmas vacation.

If you have clients with interest in the project or you would just like to become familiar with what we are offering, please drop by our office and review the preliminary drawings. This is an opportunity for your clients to express an interest in a particular unit in this phase. We are hopeful to be able to begin construction sometime in the summer of 2011.
