David moved to Sun Valley, Idaho in 1980 & graduated from Wood River High School in ’92. He attended Boise State University immediately following High School and after taking a few years off, graduated from Portland State University.
From 2000-2017 David worked in the Sales Department for Rocky Mountain Hardware; a local company that manufactures Bronze Door Hardware, Fixtures and Fittings for the Luxury Built Environment.
With a passion for building and design, David recently made the decision to transition into the full-time world of Real Estate Sales and Development. Since January ’17, David has started up a residential development company called Integration Development and is excited to be working with Sun Valley Life Real Estate as a Licensed Real Estate Agent.
With his wife Ambers family having been the owners of Warm Spring Ranch, his mother having been the Post Master of both Sun Valley and Bellevue and his Uncle a past Mayor of Ketchum, Davids roots run deep in the local community. Looking forward to the opportunities and relationships he can build moving ahead, whether your rooted in the valley or uprooting from another area, David looks forward to sharing the Sun Valley Life with you!
I have known David for 9 years through his previous employer, we spent a lot of time together traveling together within the UK. David has always acted in a very professional and courteous manner, responding very quickly in a language which was clear to understand, and with the interest of both parties and ultimately the consumer. Within this period, we got to know each other very well and I thought very highly of him as a person.
You helmed the Global Director position and we are really touched by your honesty and sincerity. We really enjoyed working with you not just only as a business associate but somehow there is a “special kind of friendship” between us. It will be very hard/difficult to find an experienced, honest, sincere and “workaholic” kind of a guy like you who is always at hand to render help and assist when we need your advice.
